Welcome to Our Academy Programs

At Beaudesert State High School, our Academy Programs offer students the opportunity to enhance their natural talents, extend their learning, and immerse themselves more fully in areas they are passionate about. Whether it’s in sport, agriculture, the arts or academics, our Academies are designed to inspire excellence, support growth, and provide pathways for students to thrive. Applications are open to students who are ready to take their skills to the next level.

Academic Academy 2026 Our Academic Excellence program supports high-achieving students with specialist teachers, extended curriculum in all core subjects, andregular feedback. It also offers enrichment opportunities to foster leadership and lifelong learning.
Agricultural Academy 2026 Students in this program have the opportunity to experience all things farming. From beekeeping to cattle husbandry. Students are also encouraged to build their confidence and self-esteem at numerous Show Days throughout the region. Supportedby a dedicated and experienced team, your student will thrive in this program.
Arts & IT Ambassador 2026 The Arts Ambassador is a creative leadership role in Term 4 of each year. Awarding of the Arts Ambassador is based on the applicants’ ability to meet the ethos of The Arts, acceptance, creativity and individuality.Student behaviour is observed and evaluated by the teachers of The Arts Department and members of the wider community.
Dance Academy 2026 The Academy focuses on developing students ’technical and creative skills,through high quality workshops delivered by visiting professional dance companies and by specialist dance teachers.
Equestrian Academy 2026 The Equestrian Program has been designed for students who have a passion for horses, to enable them to develop their interest and to create a pathway into employment in the equine industry and, for those who own their own horse, into the opportunity to experience individual and team success through interschool competition.	****
Sports Academy 2026his program has been developed for passionate sporting students to empower them to pursue their sporting dreams. Students with demonstrated ability in one of Beaudesert State High School’s targeted sports are supported through mentoring, training and education. Rugby League \| Volleyball \| Soccer
